Guest Relations Event Staff / Ambassador
DEPARTMENT : Stadium Operations
REPORTS TO : Executive Director, Stadium Operations
JOB STATUS : Part-Time / Seasonal, Hourly
Description :

Our Guest Relations team is committed to providing all of our Guests with a safe, pleasant and memorable experience during baseball games as well as all major non-baseball events at Yankee Stadium. Ambassadors are responsible for delivering respectful, consistent and courteous service and accurate information related to Yankee Stadium’s amenities, policies and to the history and traditions of our organization.
Essential Functions :
- Engage in constant interactions with Guests, including being proactive in greeting our Guests and answering various inquiries
- Provide accurate Stadium information and direct our Guests accordingly
- Resolve Guest conflicts with delicate concern, while adhering to and enforcing Stadium policies and procedures
- Publicize various points of interest available for the enjoyment and entertainment of our Guests
- Other related duties as needed
Experience and Requirements :
The hourly rate for this position is $17.50 / hour.
