TOUR ASSOCIATE
DEPARTMENT : Stadium Tours
REPORTS TO : Director, Stadium Tours
JOB STATUS : Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Description :

In addition to conducting Stadium tours on both game days and non-game days, this position will assist the Stadium Tours department with operational and administrative support.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily Yankee Stadium tour operations for public, private, and group tours
- Ensure adequate preparation of tour guides for daily operations regarding tour routes, timing, coverage, and real-time adjustments
- Serve as on-site point-of-contact for guest entry, ticket scanning, and customer service issues
- Conduct Stadium Tours as needed for public, private and special event tours
- Other projects assigned by the Director of Stadium Tours
Qualifications and Experience :
The hourly rate for this role is $22 / hour. This role would run from March 1st – end of season.
