JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
At least 3 years of experience in the supermarket or retail sector in similar roles.
Demonstrated proactive and innovative attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
Proficient in using computer tools such as Excel, inventory management software, accounting software, and social media platforms.
in English and Spanish, as our market is diverse and requires communication in both languages.
Possess strong leadership, communication, negotiation, planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
Demonstrate efficient problem-solving and complaint resolution abilities while making decisions that adhere to company policies.
Knowledgeable in sanitary regulations governing supermarket operations and best practices for food handling.
Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
