Restaurant Management

Job Summary: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the establishment by supervising all operational areas and managing staff to provide quality service to customers. This role requires leadership skills, organization, and problem-solving abilities to meet restaurant standards and business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage restaurant staff, including interviewing, hiring, and supervising new employees.
• Supervise and organize the schedules of kitchen and service staff to ensure adequate coverage during restaurant operating hours.
• Resolve customer service issues and address conflicts between employees effectively.
• Ensure that food quality and service meet established standards.
• Oversee food preparation to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
• Organize inventory and manage ingredient and supply orders to ensure the restaurant is properly stocked.
• Manage the restaurant's budget, control operating costs, and oversee payroll administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
