We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our supermarket. Duties
- Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all supermarket operations, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
- Manage and monitor staff performance, promoting a positive and motivating work environment.
- Implement strategies to improve customer service and ensure a satisfying shopping experience.
- Coordinate with department managers to optimize the operation of each section (butchery, bakery, produce, dairy, groceries, checkout, etc.).
- Develop sales plans and strategies to increase supermarket profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations within the supermarket.
- Analyze sales reports, inventory, and costs to make strategic decisions that optimize operations.
- Set performance goals for employees and promote continuous training.
- Resolve operational issues and handle any incidents involving customers or employees.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and business partners to ensure product availability and quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supermarket management or leadership roles in the retail sector.
