About the Role
This leadership position is responsible for expanding our Paint Department and creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have formal retail experience and knowledge of mixing paint, painting accessories, and techniques.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and thanking them when finished or leaving the store.
- Proactively assist customers in solving problems and possess strong product knowledge.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including daily maintenance and orderliness of the sales floor and stock room.
- Operate a forklift with proper training and communicate any Store Support Center issues to the Store Leader.
