Overview :
As a nights & weekends Part-Time Sales Associate in our Tools / Hardware Departments, you will play a vital role in the receipt, stocking, and pricing of merchandise. Your efforts will contribute to a tidy merchandise display and an overall well-maintained store appearance.
REQUIREMENTS :
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Customer Engagement :
- Serve as a positive ambassador for Nyberg's Ace.
- Take proactive measures to assist customers in resolving challenges.
- Extend warm greetings to customers upon entry and throughout their store visit. Express gratitude when they conclude their shopping experience.
- Demonstrate a friendly and approachable demeanor, fostering strong relationships with customers and fellow associates.
- Prioritize prompt, courteous, and effective responses to pages and calls.
- Escalate any customer grievances that necessitate management intervention.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of products and familiarity with store layout and item locations.
- Deliver personalized and tailored assistance to customers across the store, upholding the commitment to amaze every customer on every occasion.
