Maintenance Technician
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and document work orders
- Fabricate and install parts as needed
- Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
