Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of tenants, leases, and maintenance requests.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the apartment complex, including facilities management and property maintenance.
- File and organize important documents related to leases, contracts, and tenant information.
- Provide administrative support to the property management team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track tenant interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
- Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms with prospective tenants.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs.
- Assist with upselling additional services or amenities to current tenants.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and familiarity with relevant regulations.
