Pest Control Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues for residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in pest control methods, along with your ability to operate various tools and machinery, will ensure that our clients receive effective and reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential risks.
• Apply appropriate pest control treatments using power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery as needed.
• Develop customized pest management plans based on the specific needs of each client.
• Educate clients on preventative measures to minimize future infestations.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used.
• Drive to various job sites safely and efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote pest control services and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to learn about new pest control techniques and products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.13 - $23.21 per hour
