- Collaborate with executive leadership to establish long-term goals and drive sales and profitability for the merchandising division.
- Oversee the planning and execution of seasonal product assortments, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and overseeing performance to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor sales performance and inventory levels, making informed decisions to optimize merchandise flow and assortment effectiveness.
