- Lead and manage all aspects of retail operations, including store performance, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and execute operational strategies that drive sales growth and maximize profitability
- Oversee store openings, closings, and relocations, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, marketing, and HR to align efforts and drive growth
- Analyze sales data and operational performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to ensure stores achieve and exceed business objectives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation among store management teams
- Provide training and development programs for store leaders to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations across all retail locations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 8 years of experience in retail operations management, with a proven track record at the director level
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of retail best practices and operational metrics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel to retail locations as needed
