The Sr. PD Coordinator will act as the liaison between Customer/ NY Office/China Partners to execute an order after it has been placed.
Responsibilities
Monitor Labdips/Knitdown/Strikeoffs based on set T&A
Monitor required Vendor/ PP testing/Production Testing based on set T&A
Manage WIP reports based on Customer requirements.
AD samples / Meeting Samples request and tracking based on Customer needs
Collaborate with the production team to track and monitor product progress and ensure on-time delivery
Manage samples and organize them for use in presentations and meetings
Maintain accurate records of all product development information, including costs, materials, and timelines
Requirements
5 years of experience in Fashion/Apparel production and/or product development
Working knowledge of retailer’s requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Solid organizational & communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

The offered salary for this position will vary based on role requirements determined by NYC Alliance, skill set and years of experience.
