- Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, fashion management, or relevant field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of merchandising experience, with significant experience in a leadership role within the retail or fashion industry.
- Deep understanding of market trends and customer insights, particularly in women's apparel.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability through effective merchandising strategies.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical and financial acumen; proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
