Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the kitchen and dining area, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Support the culinary team by helping with cooking and food preparation as needed.
- Maintain budgetary controls by monitoring inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork and open communication among staff members.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
