HOUSING STOCK WORKERS

• Accept delivered packages and ensure proper amount is inside.
• Unload merchandise.
• Mark items with identifying codes, ensuring label is clear and visible.
• Stock shelves with unpacked items.
• Operate machinery for moving stock items.
• Confirm all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all inventory is in excellent condition.
• Receive, count and verify incoming orders inspects new stock for damages or defects.
• Label stock items with labeling equipment such as identification tags or stamps.
• Pack and unpack items for storage in the warehouses.
• Report malfunctioning or damage stock-handling equipment to management.
• Keep the stock room neat and orderly.
• Inventory Stock of materials, supplies, parts and merchandise.
• Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies to help maintain an adequate inventory in the SCO warehouse.
• Ensure merchandise is stored in an orderly manner and is easily accessible when store shelves need to be replenished.
