Mandatory Skills
- Perform site surveys and diagnose problems for moves, adds, changes and repairs.
- Prepare technical requirements for new systems and system upgrades.
- Oversee the installation and implementation of new videoconferencing systems and room upgrades.
- Review user requirements, develop detailed project plans for new system implementation, and attend meetings as requested.
- Interface with Telecommunication vendors to resolve issues and for upgrades.
- Direct staff in basic system operation and troubleshooting of issues at remote locations.
- Coordinate use of videoconference infrastructure to connect multiple parties to video conferences and supervise the installation and troubleshooting of endpoints.
- Coordinate and liaise with company staff and Desktop support technicians to ensure all videoconference requests are met.
- Consult with staff in developing instructional and operational materials.
- Provide end user technical training on new and existing systems.
- Communicate effectively, orally and in writing to management.
- Required to perform field work at any Company location within the five boroughs of NYC.
