Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate training development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Utilize data collection methods to analyze HR metrics and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop policies that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to ensure fair evaluations of staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in ADP, or similar software systems.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee relations.
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and reporting purposes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
