Claims:
Our Claims professionals work with customers to build relationships after they have experienced an Auto, Property or Commercial loss. Our Claims division is broken up into three segments: Auto, Property & Commercial, Casualty and the Special Investigations Unit.
Customer Relations:
Customer Relations is committed to building trust between the company and the customer by enhancing the NYCM customer experience. Customer Relations is made up of three separate teams: Customer Service, Customer Experience and Brand Management.
Employee Experience:
The Employee Experience team's mission is to support employees by providing them with human relations tools to help them grow throughout their journey at NYCM. Divisions include People Development, Human Resources and our NYCM Café.
Risk Management:
The Risk Management team is comprised of three divisions: Financial Services, Enterprise Risk Management, and Regulatory and Legal Affairs. The team focuses on our company's finances, emerging risks, organizational resilience, and regulatory and legal responsibilities.
Sales:
The Sales team focuses on corporate growth and profitability through engagement with our customers and agents. The team is made up of our Underwriting, Product Management and Distribution divisions.
Technology:
The Technology Team focuses on developing applications, supporting end users, delivering defined project goals and protecting against unauthorized access. This team is supported by a number of different divisions including Application Development, IT Services, Cyber Security and Project Management.
Requirements: Student actively enrolled in a college or High school program for the 2025-2026 school year
Salary: Hourly rates starting at $16-$19/hr
