They will work with a variety of internal teams to create detailed and accurate shop drawings from architectural drawings and cost estimates.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret architectural drawings to generate shop drawings for various project types and sizes.
- Complete shop drawings in a timely manner and according to our company standards.
- Managing information, maintaining notes, documentation and making sure your questions are answered when needed utilizing our propriety software.
- Manage schedules and priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Independently solve problems in close coordination with members of the project team.
- Strong knowledge of Revit as a drawing management tool
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field is a plus.
