Responsibilities
- Deliver value stream results in safety, quality, customer service and other areas
- Define performance targets and hold teams accountable
- Create and implement plans for process improvements
- Establish a positive environment leading to higher morale, associate satisfaction and improved performance

Requirements
- 4 year degree
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Safety, Quality and Manufacturing
- Knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, IRR and ROI, Make/Buy Analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills including, role model, coaching, ability to make difficult decisions
- Excellent understanding of the manufacturing process, IT systems, Safety, Supply Chain
This is an on-site position. Must be able to relocate to Dubuque IA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
