Job Goal:
Plans, organizes, administers, and coordinates all activities and provides leadership for the Instructional Coach/ ELL Advocates in the development, coordination, and support of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional learning, as well as management of ELL Program protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in subject(s) related to assignment
Minimum of five (5) years successful experience in corresponding or related positions, to include at least three (3) years of classroom teaching
Proven record of implementing new practices or programs at a school
Previous successful experience working with adult learners and Instructional Coaches to change classroom practices, instruction, and intervention practices
Previous experience in leadership roles
A passion for learning and teaching
Valid Nevada Department of Education Administrative license, preferred; Or Valid Nevada Department of Education Teaching license with endorsement(s) related to assignment
Valid Nevada Driver License
This position is to begin the 2025-2026 school year. Successful candidate must complete a thorough background check and pass mandatory pre-employment drug & alcohol testing.
