Assist in the social and recreational programs for the resident/tenants by performing the following duties in accordance with established company policies and procedures, standards, and guidelines; current federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the Life Enrichment department and campus; and as directed by the supervisor by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate team members.

Position Summary

In this role you will:
- Prepare and provide residents with meaningful activities and entertainment.
- Assist and prompt residents when needed to participate in activities.
- Maintain the activity and areas and replace furniture after activities.
- Document daily activities.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to become CPR and first aid certified.
