- Recommend appropriate insurance products from New York Life’s portfolio, clearly explaining options, features, and benefits to assist clients in making well-informed choices.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, set goals, and actively pursue new clients through networking, community engagement, and lead-generation activities.
- Assist clients throughout the application process by collecting necessary information, completing required documentation, and collaborating with underwriters to facilitate smooth policy issuance.
- Foster long-term client relationships through regular policy reviews and ongoing support, making adjustments to coverage as clients’ circumstances and needs change.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical guidelines, and company policies, safeguarding client confidentiality and ensuring insurance plans meet legal standards.
