80,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities :

- Recruiting, hiring, and training new agents and financial professionals to build a high-performing sales team, supporting both individual and team development.
- Establishing and driving sales targets, strategies, and objectives while providing support to agents in achieving their individual and collective goals.
- Offering ongoing mentorship and development for agents, enhancing their skills in client relationship management, product expertise, and ethical sales practices.
- Monitoring team performance, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth and goal achievement.
- Managing client relationships by ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction, and collaborating with agents to address clients’ financial and insurance needs effectively.
- Partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement growth strategies that align team objectives with company goals.
- Ensuring all agents comply with regulatory and ethical standards, delivering exceptional service while safeguarding client confidentiality.
- Identifying new markets or client segments for expansion and collaborating with agents to establish a strong presence in those areas.
- Representing New York Life at community events and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s reputation and connect with potential clients.
