- Identifying, hiring, and training new agents and financial professionals to build a successful sales team, fostering both individual and team growth.
- Setting and driving sales targets, strategies, and goals while supporting agents in achieving individual and collective targets.
- Providing ongoing mentorship, guidance, and development for agents, helping them build skills in client relationships, product knowledge, and ethical sales practices.
