- Conduct client consultations to evaluate their insurance needs, financial objectives, and risk tolerance, gathering comprehensive details about their financial situation.
- Recommend appropriate insurance products from New York Life’s portfolio, clearly explaining options, features, and benefits to empower clients to make well-informed decisions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, set clear objectives, and actively pursue new clients through networking, community engagement, and lead-generation activities.
- Assist clients through the application process by gathering necessary information, completing documentation, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure seamless policy issuance.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular policy reviews and ongoing support, adapting coverage as clients’ needs and circumstances change.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, ethical guidelines, and company policies, ensuring insurance plans meet legal standards and protect client confidentiality.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and advanced sales techniques, improving service quality and effectiveness.
