Job Description
ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS / SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED
The Senior Mentor shall provide on-site and 24 / 7 / 365 real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain currency records for JOIO operators, course curriculum, and training references; provide the government with advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real-world SIGINT mission; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of tactical, Near Real Time reporting and ground, airborne, and spaceborne collection.
The annual base salary range for this role is $128,000-$153,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level, among other things.
Required Skills
- Possess five (5) years of operation experience within the last seven (7) years; related to realtime multi-aperture COMINT Collection Operations and time-sensitive reporting, product reporting, and Preliminary Mission Summary (PREMS), one of the Service Cryptologic Elements, or another government intelligence agency (as a government employee or as a contractor). Knowledgeable to instruct others in time-sensitive reporting.
- Operational experience using the following is required :
1. KLEIGHLIGHT, T-GRAM, E-GRAM, multi-media reporting using METRICS, COASTLINE, and MERCURY ISLAND using the standard SIGINT Writing style
2. Time Difference Of Arrival / Frequency Difference Of Arrival Geolocation Operations
3. Multi-aperture Angle of Arrival Geolocation Operations
4. Demonstrated knowledge in Real-time RF COMINT collection operations (ground, airborne, Spaceborne)
