Are you an energetic, self-starter interested in the ever-growing industries of Marketing? Our Dog & Cat Business Unit supporting Nylabone, Four Paws, and Cadet brands is seeking driven paid interns to join our team throughout the year! We offer both part-time and full-time internships and flexibility to accommodate your school schedule.

The Brand Marketing Intern will have a role in delivering key competitive and market insights, managing online review process, and learning about creative asset management. This internship will provide exposure to multiple areas including Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Project Management. The projects and tasks assigned are designed to further develop core competencies as well as broaden the cross-functional experience.

The ideal candidates will be result-driven and able to prioritize and manage numerous projects and tasks. Individuals should be able to work both independently and collaboratively with all levels of their department in an effective manner.   • Co-lead development of new product concepts.
  • Evaluate strategy of brand for a targeted market.
  • Perform market & brand analysis.
  • Support design & execution of marketing, product research, and latest trends.
  • Gain on-the-job work experience aligned with your career goals and aspirations.
  • Create an ironclad project management strategy to obtain success through efficiency.
  • Set clear, achievable goals and discuss them with your team to hold yourself accountable.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program with a focus in business administration, marketing, or other related disciplines from an accredited college or university
  • Energetic and motivated students who have a drive for results, a desire to learn, and who can quickly build relationships.
  • Strong oral, written, and critical thinking skills.
  • Understanding of Microsoft tools including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment and develop relationships across all departments.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize numerous projects and accept guidance from multiple project sponsors at once.
