Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with finance sources, including manufacturers, to secure competitive rates and approvals.
Process all vehicle transaction paperwork efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Train and support the sales team on financing benefits and programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
Manage alternative finance source programs to expand customer options.
Provide leadership by setting and achieving departmental goals in collaboration with the general sales manager.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through ethical and professional business practices.
Qualifications:
5 years of relevant experience in automotive finance or a related field.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Proficient in analyzing and interpreting financial documents and legal regulations.
