CASHIER
Nyle Maxwell of Killeen is looking for a full time, highly motivated individual to be a part of our Service team. This person must be a great communicator, have a positive attitude and quickly build rapport with prospective customers.
Who would I interact with?
This position interacts daily with Service Advisors, Service Managers, dealership support staff and sales and service customers, just to name a few.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Responsible for invoicing and printing invoices and accepting payment for completed service work
- Record the amount of the Customer’s payment and close out repair orders in the computer system.
- File dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material.
- Research, retrieve, copy and disseminate information contained in files as requested
- Assist with purging and maintenance of files.
- Answer incoming service calls as needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Maintain neat work area and help maintain appearance of customer waiting area
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must
- Previous administrative work a plus
Qualifications
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Be Able to Create Customer Relationships
- Strong Computer & Phone Skills (ADP CRM, Outlook, Excel)
- Appointment Setting Experience
- Great Communication Skills
- Able to multi-task
- Team Player
- Bi-lingual is always a plus!
Full Time Position
You must be reliable, punctual, and be able to work some evenings and rotating Saturdays as needed.
