Description
Summary of Essential Duties:
- Provide parts service to service advisors and technicians
- Advise and sell parts to retail customers, actively promoting retail sale of parts and accessories that add value and utility to customer-owned vehicles
- Sell parts to wholesale customers, stressing advice, service and prompt delivery to help grow business
- Maintain inventory levels as directed by management
Other Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Chrysler or other dealership parts department desirable but not required
- ADP experience desirable but not required
- Parts Catalog (Star Parts and Chrysler Pais) experience desirable but not required
- Ability to quickly acquire in-depth parts knowledge for dealership brand
- Well organized, systematic and precise in carrying out job duties
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
- Computer literate with well-developed information processing skills
- Neat and clean appearance
