Leading Digital Marketing Performance Agency with global presence seeks ambitious and driven Senior Paid Search and Paid Social Specialist, with 3 years digital advertising experience across Paid Search / SEM (Search Engine Marketing), working with Google Analytics, and ideally with some Paid Social - to manage paid search and paid social campaigns in a hands-on campaign planning, execution and optimization role, working directly with clients and brands across industries including retail, hotels, restaurants, beauty e-commerce and others, leading client calls and being the main point of contact and account lead. The role will manage and execute paid search campaigns across Google, Yahoo, Bing, Waze, Instacart and Amazon, along with paid social campaigns in Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Twitter, YouTube Snap Chat. Must be analytical and understand how to measure campaigns and optimize performance. Responsibilities include:
- Day to day ownership of assigned accounts leading client, agency and vendor communication
- Responsible for hands-on campaign execution, campaign budgeting, strategy, creation and optimization.
- Accurately launch, manage, and execute campaigns in Bid Management platforms, ensuring targeting, tracking, supporting client objectives.
- Work collaboratively with counterparts across Data and Analytics, Media Buying Operations, Media Partnerships, and Digital Integration departments to ensure a unified approach to client success.
- Organize data into actionable insights and learnings.
- Provide recommendations to clients based on campaign goals, historical performance, benchmarks, and any potential issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or equivalent experience
- 3 years experience managing Digital Campaigns across Paid Search advertising, working with Google Adwords, Yahoo, Bing, YouTube from either an agency or similar digital marketing company.
- Strong Paid Search / SEM including working with Google Analytics and campaign performance reporting.
- Experience managing Paid Social campaigns using any of the following platforms is a plus: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest
- Understanding of campaign success metrics including Reach, Frequency, Conversions, Traffic, Target CPAs. Ability to create campaign performance reports.
- Any Influencer / Affiliate marketing experience is a plus (but not required).
- Any experience with DoubleVerify or PMax is a plus.
