Who You Are
We are seeking "THE" person who loves establishing and building relationships with the capacity to articulate the value of our organization. We need a HUNTER! Winning matters (not at all costs, however a competitive fire to achieve and accomplish new client acquisition is ideal). Independent with the capacity to problem solve (either through stories and learning through experience OR just taking key facts and data to figure things out).
A natural enthusiasm and impatience is welcome, in fact - if you get bored doing only 1 or 2 things at once...GOOD - you will be challenged here! This is a fast paced and highly intensive position, and the person who thrives under pressure and deadlines will love taking on this role.
The person who will excel is the one who comes in with their own high expectations and goals to achieve, while understanding how our company vision allows (really encourages) them to go after what they want while aligning with the goals of our company. CAUTION - you may have to be the center of attention, eager to "put on a show" in order to help potential clients take action...we are not asking you to say or do something that is against the benefit of the client, our company or both however, there is the challenge of persuasion in this role and your ability to influence people to take action and help grow their company, is vital.
Are you a perpetual optimist, who finds a way to "MAKE THINGS HAPPEN" - when others wait for things to happen...we need to talk. Even better, once you establish and win the business - our amazing support team will take the execution of your promises and help the client implement the software while you move on to the next HUNT...
Warning, if you have low expectations, move slowly, do not get excited by influencing and winning business, there is definitely a better position for you out there (maybe here too, but it is not this one).

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential healthcare clients, develop strategies to convert them into clients.
- Articulate product features and value proposition, customize presentations to meet clients' needs.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to create, track, and adjust sales strategies.
- Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, product delivery, and customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Stay informed on healthcare trends and attend industry events.
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
