This responsibilities include working closely with the Construction Department to provide assistance and administrative support on upcoming and active projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track projects
- Work with Project Director, Project Managers, Supervisors and Estimator
- Process bids, proposals, contracts, warranty letters and change orders.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Use Procore to input and track data, provide real-time updates
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the status of every project
- File all invoices and supporting documentation
· All Office Administrative Duties
· Submittals and Change orders
· Enter Purchase Orders in Quickbooks
· Construction Safety Responsibilities
· Contract Organization
Skills and Experience
- Must have construction experience.
· Knowledge of submittals, change orders, purchase orders
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills
- QuickBooks
- Clear communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible schedule
- Experience with Procore

Job Type: Full-time or Part Time , Mon-Fri 8:00AM-4:30PM, On-Site position. We are a drug-free work place.
Compensation: The rate for this position will vary and will be commensurate with experience

This administrator responsibilities include working closely with the Construction Department to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track projects
- Work with Project Coordinator, Project Managers and Estimator
- Process bids, proposals, contracts, warranty letters and change orders.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Use work order software to track jobs and provide real-time update
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the status of every project under your control.
- Properly plan, schedule, and track project and materials delivery to ensure
- File all invoices and supporting documentation
- Contracts
- Additional Duties assigned within the Construction Department
Skills and Experience
- Must have commercial construction/maintenance experience.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills
