We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and training development. Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR databases such as PeopleSoft and Taleo.
- Support workforce management initiatives by tracking employee attendance and performance metrics.
- Facilitate training development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Aid in conflict management by addressing employee concerns and facilitating resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies regarding contracts and employment practices.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, such as Taleo or SAP, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of workforce management principles and employment labor laws.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
