The Role: :The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for the electrical maintenance of the East Tennessee Mines surface and underground assets to support to support the execution of the mine business plan. This is achieved through the effective engagement with the operational and support service departments to develop and implement the effective maintenance strategies and plans to best accommodate the operational requirement while maintaining the required maintenance compliance and equipment KPIs. The Electrical Superintendent will monitor the work execution and performance to track compliance to plan and any variance will be actions to mitigate the variance in the future.

Operational Leadership::
- Comply with and apply operational discipline to the Planning, Scheduling, Implementation and Review and Action
- Improvement processes documented in the Mine Management Operating System (MOS) to which the Electrical Superintendent has been assigned accountability.
- Implementation and Compliance to the maintenance work management procedure and processes.
- Contribution to area designs during the Underground Planning processes as they apply to electrical maintenance.
- Contribution to the following Underground Scheduling processes as they apply to Fixed Maintenance.
- 90-day Forecast,
- 7 21 Plan,
- Scope of Works,
- Ensure the electrical maintenance processes are establishes and maintains incorporating.
- Shift controls,
- Shift handovers,
- Workshop Inspections,
- Shift debriefs.
- PM and Work order reviews

- Ownership of all workshops and supporting infrastructure,
- Ownership and accountability for housekeeping and standards in all areas of the mine under the control of electrical maintenance department.

- Delivery of agreed outcomes aligned with the overall business plan and values.
- Forecast costs required to deliver the Fixed Plant KPIs, monitor progress against financial plans and take corrective action as required to deliver plan within forecast costs.
Required Education and Qualifications::
Essential:
- Completion of high school diploma or GED. Drafting experience
- Qualified Electrician
- Experience with developing equipment strategies.
- Develop and execution of electrical equipment maintenance plans.
- Work experience with Electrical Management
- Project Management Experience
