The Office Assistant 1 will provide clerical support to several large bureaus within the Division of Environmental Remediation. Assist Division secretarial staff. Requires knowledge of Word and Outlook. Tasks include: grammar and punctuation for typing of emails, proofing and formatting letters, memos, reports and forms, scheduling meetings. Copying, scanning, faxing, and mailing documents; answering phones and directing callers, ordering office supplies. Retrieving, opening, distributing mail, electronic filing, copying, scanning, faxing, mailing documents.

This is a hourly appointment currently funded through 3/31/2025, with a likelihood of continuing beyond that date. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date.
