Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Maintaining records and files.
- Answering telephones and appropriately responding to or referring inquiries made by employees, vendors, and customers.
- Providing assistance to the Transportation Office Assistant 2 in the administration of the Residency program which may include Personnel, Purchasing, and Training activities such as:
- Hiring and promoting employees, and employee orientations.
- Assisting with ordering supplies, purchase orders, and vouchers.
- Tracking and entering TRINFO data.
- Reviewing employee's time in MMS/LATS ensuring flex time, overtime, recalls, meal allowance, and leave times are all correct; then sending approved MMS records to the Time and Attendance system.
- Highway Work Permit entry.
- Coordination of Residency Adopt-A-Highway program.
