The Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking experienced, energetic, innovative HR Professionals to support personnel services within ITS for multiple roles which will be responsible for a wide range of activities in accordance with Civil Service Law, Rules and Regulations, policies, and procedures. The various duties may include:
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's or higher degree AND two years of professional human resources experience. OR; A master's or higher degree AND one year of professional human resources experience.

The Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking experienced, energetic, innovative HR Professionals to support personnel services within ITS for multiple roles which will be responsible for a wide range of activities in accordance with Civil Service Law, Rules and Regulations, policies, and procedures. The various duties may include:
- Gathers and update the agency employee manual and employee informational handbooks for biweekly, in person onboarding;
- Conducts the new employee bi-weekly onboarding sessions; this includes virtual sessions, as well as in person;
- Oversees tracking and submission of new employee documents from onboarding, that are submitted to the Business Services Center for processing;
- Ensures that HR related documents are file appropriately from onboarding sessions;
- Participates in all recruiting/talent acquisition activities, including but not limited to, job fairs, college visits, and social media marketing;
- Assists in training employees on equal opportunity and diversity/inclusion issues related to employment;
- Assists in developing and promoting diversity initiatives, including programming to enhance employees’ cultural awareness
- Assists in developing and promoting employee engagement initiatives
