Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as digital communications, graphic design, film production or similar; and four (4) years of experience in digital communications, public relations, film production and graphic design.
Substitution: an additional four (4) years of experience in digital communications, graphic design and/or film production above the minimum qualifications, may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.

Duties Description
Will, under the supervision of a higher-level Assistant Public Information Officer or the Chief Public Information Officer, assist in the performance of the illustrative duties outlined below.
Illustrative Duties
- Assist with the shooting, production and editing of high-quality video, audio and graphic design projects for both internal and external audiences.
- Edit and export graphics, photos and videos for use in multiple applications using the Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Use a variety of audiovisual equipment to produce high-quality video and audio content.
- Travel to ITS offices/attend statewide agency-related events and film video/take photos.
- Work with the Assistant Director of Communications/Digital Information Officer to script, plan and execute video content for social media.
- Alongside the Multimedia Production Manager, collaborate with ITS departments to strategize how to leverage video content to support agency needs.
- Review and update current video content as needed.
- Provide graphic design support as needed.
- Stay informed on current best practices for videography, including the latest hardware and software.
- Experience with illustration and animation a plus.
- Other duties as assigned.
