Under the direction of the Deputy Director, the Product Implementation Lead will be assigned to the Programs and Planning bureau within the Chief Strategy office (CSO), and will oversee, manage, and direct cross-functional teams that are critical for business value development and the continued success of ITS. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Minimum Qualifications
Seven (7) years of experience, including one year of supervisory experience, in Project Management, Business Systems Analysis, IT, or a related field.
The following degrees may substitute for the general experience as indicated:
Associate degree may substitute for two years of experience,
Bachelor’s degree may substitute for four years of experience,
Master’s degree in related field substitutes for an additional year of experience,
Doctorate in computer science or related field substitutes for an additional two years of experience, beyond a Bachelor’s degree.

Duties Description
Under the direction of the Deputy Director, the Product Implementation Lead will be assigned to the Programs and Planning bureau within the Chief Strategy office (CSO), and will oversee, manage, and direct cross-functional teams that are critical for business value development and the continued success of ITS. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Identify opportunities to deliver business value for agencies, and lead product and service-focused business and partnership development, leveraging robust product and service catalogs and proposed IT solutions based on thoroughly documented business cases.
- Lead the research, analysis, and assessment of agencies' needs and their existing systems; conduct detailed analysis on target-state required by agencies and collaborate with ITS experts on proposing solution-options to customers.
- Development and deliver stakeholder engagement artifacts, detailed plan-packages, forecasts, product implementation plans, outreach documents, metrics reports, budgets, billing, procurement strategies, and shared services / product management support documentation, along with other critical artifacts required for successful partnership with customers, for high priority initiatives.
- Collaborate with other teams on development of client agreements, scope artifacts to be used for procurements and plans, and technical documents.
- Lead the development and delivery of strategy, roadmap, procurement, communication and project management artifacts.
- Mentor the team to develop processes, documentation and templates, working with various key stakeholders.
- Oversee specific top-priority initiatives' day to day operational activities and technical deliveries.
- Direct major proposal deliverables, solution implementations, with close monitoring of subordinates' management of scope, schedule, costs, issue management, etc.
- Oversee management of budgets, billing, costs, procurements, scope, schedule, quality, risks, issues, resources, and communication for multiple initiatives.
- Resolve problems and fix critical issues raised by agencies or escalated by the team, by leading resolution activities and focusing on improving issue resolution metrics.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, accomplish strategic goals and objectives of the CSO in partnership with Shared Services and ITS leadership team, and oversee the successful deliveries of high priority initiatives, bringing value to the Chief Strategy Office, in alignment with ITS vision
- Perform a full range of supervisory duties.
