Job Title: Middle School Vice Principal

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Middle School Vice Principal at Nyssa Middle School. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong educational background, administrative experience, and a passion for working with young students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers and staff in meeting the needs of middle school students.
• Collaborate with the school administration to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that promote student achievement and well-being.
• Supervise and evaluate staff members, including teachers, counselors, and other support personnel.
• Develop and manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure effective use of facilities and equipment.

Requirements:

• A valid Oregon Principal/Administrator License.
• A Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent.
• At least three years of successful teaching experience and one year of successful leadership experience, or training preferably at the middle school level, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior successful experience working as an administrator in a school setting or with young students.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
