We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialectical Behavior Therapist (DBT) to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and support to our patients.
Job Description:
The DBT Clinician will be responsible for providing high-quality ongoing therapy to patients, maintaining complete and organized electronic health records, and attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings, including case and peer reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide FREE Behavioral Tech 5-Day DBT Foundational training for individuals as part of their employment with our DBT program
- Intensive 1:1 training with an experienced DBT Lead
- Design and implement treatment/interventions reflective of identified patient needs
Requirements:
- Mental Health Professional as per Minnesota State Statute 245i
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) experience strongly preferred but not required
