What You'll Do:

Reports to: Director of Clinic Operations

Rationale: The Outpatient Therapist Clinical Supervisor supervises in-training providers for the purpose of meeting State Licensing Board requirements.

Job Duties:

• Provide clinical supervision to in-training supervisees.
  • Availability should include ability to provide supervision both via telehealth and in-person.
  • Clinical supervision may entail both individual and group supervision.
• Stay up-to-date with current licensing requirements, board requirements, and WI Rules/statutes as applicable.
• Maintain thorough supervision notes per NAL’s standard.
• Attend quarterly supervisor trainings hosted by NAL.
• Maintain a full schedule of supervisees as assigned by NAL.
• Coordinate supervision times with supervisees.
• Complete all documentation as required by NAL which includes but is not limited to; Supervision Contract and Supervision Logs.
• Review and co-sign documentation in EHR which may include but is not limited to; Clinical Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Diagnostic Assessments, and letters.
• Complete all documentation as required by the board for licensure.
• Maintain a current license in good standing and board approval status.
• Maintain a caseload of clients; the ratio of which is determined by Operations and is subject to change.

Qualifications:

• Mental Health Professional as per Wisconsin DHS 35.03 (10)

• • Licensed Psychologist (LP)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Board Approved Supervisor through one or more State Licensing boards
• Master’s or Doctorate degree from accredited college or university in behavior science/related field.
• Must pass DHS background study.
• Must be proficient in the use of computers.
• Must be proficient in the use of computers, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, the use of email.
• Preferred experience with electronic health records.

Compliance with all HIPPA related regulations will be strictly enforced by Clinic Management.
