Job Description:
The DBT Clinician will be responsible for providing high-quality ongoing therapy to patients, maintaining complete and organized electronic health records, and attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings, including case and peer reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Complete a mental health diagnostic assessment on new patients
- Help lead weekly DBT groups
- Design and implement treatment/interventions reflective of identified patient needs
Requirements:
- Mental Health Professional as per Minnesota State Statute 245i
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) experience strongly preferred but not required
