What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-Home Family Therapist - CTSS position at Nystrom & Associates Ltd?
Sign on Bonus Available! As an In-Home Family Therapist on the Early Childhood Team in Nystrom & Associates Community Based division, you'll work in our CTSS (Children's Therapeutic Support Services) program.
You will build relationships with children and families to help them identify treatment goals; with an emphasis on children ages 0-5.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to : Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to young children and their families in the home, community, and / or school Assist children and their families in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet their goals Design and implement treatment / intervention in-home reflective of the child's needs Receive clinical supervision from a qualified staff, and obtain continuing education units Employees pursuing professional licensure are eligible to participate in Nystrom & Associates' Professional Development Track.
The Professional Development Track gives early career therapists the opportunity to work as an Outpatient Therapist after 9 months of providing ARMHS services.
This track also has a specific focus on continuing education and an emphasis on training and advancement.
