- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction.
- Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
- Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
- A passionate and licensed LADC with a desire to help individuals overcome addiction.

- A skilled communicator with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Someone who is committed to ongoing professional development.
- Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active and unrestricted license in Minnesota.
