- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
- Provide high-quality individual therapy
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records
- Licensed Mental Health Professional in Iowa (LMHC, LISW, LMFT, and LP)
- Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
- For unlicensed therapists: be able to obtain or have a T-LMHC, LMSW or T-LMFT
- Multiple compensation models to meet your specific needs
- Licensure fee reimbursement

- Licensed: $ 70,000 – 76,000
- Temporarily Licensed: $ 55,000 – 58,000
- Licensed: $ 62,000 – 130,000
- Temporarily Licensed: $ 58,000 – 108,000
- Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
- Employees in these positions are W2.
Salary : $55,000 - $76,000
