Brand Trainee / Marketing Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Brand Trainee and Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team. In this role, you will work directly with customers in retail settings, representing our clients' brands and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for creating a positive brand experience for customers, executing in-store promotions, and gathering insights to support marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management, marketing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers directly in retail settings, providing information on our client products and services in an informative and friendly manner
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and in-store promotions, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Help set up promotional displays, hand out materials, and promote special offers to drive foot traffic and sales.
• Represent our client brands professionally, embodying the core values and messaging of each brand in your interactions with customers.
• Maintain records of in-store activities, including promotional materials and event outcomes.
• Help implement strategies to increase brand visibility and product awareness in the retail environment.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or marketing is an advantage, but not mandatory. A passion for branding and marketing is key.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and personable.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
